Shawn Jubinville P. Eng

Shawn joined FT Services in 2017 and has been with AECOM since 2005. Shawn brings 15 years of experience managing the execution of large-scale oil, gas and chemical programs in North American. His experience encompasses business and projects management, process and tools, and strategic innovations. Prior to this role Shawn has held positions including Vice President of Projects, Director of Strategy & Solutions, and Director of Oil Sands Operations on major construction projects. Mr. Jubinville is also a member of AECOM’s Oil & Gas Risk Management Committee. Shawn is a professional engineer with a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Alberta and holds Alumni status (PLD.A) from Harvard Business School through the executive education Program for Leadership Development.
Rob McLeod leads our business development, marketing and communications functions. He has over 20 years’ experience in the management and execution of engineering, procurement, construction and maintenance projects across multiple industries in Canadian and international markets. He built his career in the business and execution functions in roles spanning executive management, sales, project controls, estimating, project management and operations. He holds a BSc - Business Operations from DeVry University in Phoenix, Arizona.
Tom joined FT Services in 2009. He has held several positions within the Maintenance Team. He spent the first 5 years at our CNRL Horizon Site where he was the Site Manager and helped develop one of our strongest contracts. He has over 20 years in Labor and Equipment Management experience. During his career he has worked across Canada and in the US before landing in Calgary. Tom brings a wide range of contractual knowledge within the construction and maintenance industry. His attention to Customer Service and People skills set him apart from his peers.
Clinton brings over 10 years of experience in financial, commercial, and management to FT Services as our Director of Finance. He is a Chartered Accountant with his Master’s Degree in professional accounting from the University of Saskatchewan. Clinton comes to FT Services with a robust background in the Oil and Gas Industry. He is a proven coach, collaborator and trusted advisor, with core strengths in communication, and implementation of efficiencies in processes and controls to accelerate overall company profitability. He spent 4 years auditing Oil and Gas as well as Real Estate clients. Prior to starting with FT Services, Clinton was the Director of Finance at Global EPC company where he was accountable for North America Central Region.
Kim has been with FT Services since January 2012 and brings over 20 years’ experience in both oil and gas and other industries. Prior to starting with FT Services and during her tenure, Kim has lead teams in all areas of Human Resources including Staffing and Recruitment, Labour Relations, Talent Management, Leadership and Development, Advisory, Total Rewards, and Payroll both domestically and on an international level. Kim believes in providing strategic partnerships to the business by providing people strategies to internal and external client groups. She and her teams have partnered with non-profit agencies to engage and employ an under-represented workforce. Kim attended Bachelor of Arts programs at the University of Saskatchewan and Athabasca University and holds certifications in Change Management, Strategic Workforce Planning, and Navigational Coaching. When Kim is not working, she is on the Advisory Board for the Work Re-engagement Program for the Alberta Women’s Science Network and enjoys keeping up with the latest business, leadership and people management trends.
